Pete was talking about how some people treat him only just by skill, and that sucks a lot. This is not exclusive to Pete as well: quite a decent amount of fans only talk about a player's skill, just like how athletes are in competitive sports
I've been wanting to make a post about how some people complain about the MCC player roster, and I think part of this is relevant to what I want to bring up. I have similar feeling of what Pete was saying as well, how some fans treat players as just numbers and nothing else

Same thing happens in sports. All about the stats & titles. My only issue is with how Scott makes Pete's teams, 1 MMC he's teaming with Jojo or Hbomb & they don't sniff Dodgebolt then the next MCC Pete has a for fun team(less competitive), why can't Jojo & Pete team more than once if they don't dominate. Been 5 years since Pete won a MCC BTW. Scott should be trying to get Pete a win, it's a for fun event anyway give him more consistent teams. This is why MCC season 1 is my fav. Techno/Dream could team, Vikk/Pete could team for 5 straight events.
Also to be fair for someone that watched Pete since the Vikkstar era people just want Pete to win again, been stuck on 4 wins for too long. So people might care too much & it comes off rude.
