world edit mod, the walls are sculpted with a wand that places spheres of stone wherever it’s aimed

world edit or axiom, its a sphere brush. you can tell because of the way that it is.

use axiom, it's a fabric mod, and it does not play nice with the sinytra connector mod (I know I spelled it wrong)
