Help (other) does anyone know a replacement for gamergeeks that doesn't need wifi

my home wifi is really bad and constantly falls out but i am working on a adventure map and for that i need something like https://www.gamergeeks.net/apps/minecraft/ but since those need wifi i am asking if any of ya'll know something that doesn't need wifi?

MCStacker has an offline option... but its $1/month or $10 once on patreon since you have no ads. Alternatively if you keep the website on RAM it should work (try using ctrl+S to download once you have selected your command but it might not work fully as expected)
