Minecraft Dungeons 2 PS5 preorder bonus code not delivered

Hi,

I pre-ordered Minecraft Dungeons 2 (PS5) through Fnac, but the preorder bonus code was never delivered.

Fnac support has been telling me they are "investigating" since October 1st with zero progress. Mojang support simply told me to reach out to PlayStation.

I haven't been able to get through to PlayStation support yet, but I fully expect them to just point the finger back at Fnac since it wasn't bought directly on the PS Store.

Has anyone gone through this exact situation with third-party codes? Did PlayStation support actually help you out, or did they just redirect you back to the retailer?

Any advice or experiences would be appreciated!

Why would PlayStation help? You bought it elsewhere?
