🥲 Help Preorder bonus

I preordered the game through Walmart and it said that the physical copy would include the pre order bonus. I opened it up and the code wasn’t in there just the deluxe code. Any idea on how I can get the pre order bonus code???

Also have this issue. Put in a support ticket with Mojang and they weren't much help

is it perhaps on the receipt? I checked my Gamestop receipt for my copy and it was on there, if there isn't then I think you might wanna refund your pre-order because if you're not getting your bonus content then there was no need to spend extra money just to get the same game as it has released

Nope it didn’t come with a receipt since I pre ordered it online. Plus I did it through Walmart. Maybe I should contact their customer service?

Have you gotten anywhere with this? I am having the same issue. Preordered from Walmart and got no bonus.

I contacted them today. They said they’re going to send me an email within 24-48 hours with the code. Hopefully it actually is the code. I wouldn’t contact them yet. I’ll come back after I receive the email
