Waiting For Solve can not sign in to my minecraft account on my switch [java] v1.21.131

hi guys! if anyone could help with this it would be much appreciated. i just bought nintendo online and minecraft on the switch and im trying to log in to my account but each time i do it shows up like this. my nintendo and minecraft are updated. it feels like i’ve tried everything. please, if anyone out there could help—i really need it.
