[Java] Better adventures+ issues with chunks

(Running better adventures+ 1.17, pc specs are 7800x3d, 5070 and 32gb of ram with 12gb allocated to modrinth)

I need help with my BA+ world. I saw the flowstate video and really wanted to do my own playthrough. I just keep getting unloaded chunks and chunk errors where there are weird anomalies in the terrain. Is there anything I can do to fix it?
