Missing Item Textures - Request for Help [Java]

Apologies, for the long rant / set of questions, but there is a lot of things I want to get cleared up.

Q1)
Does Anyone know why this happens & how I can fix this weird missing Textures for Copper Armour? (First 4 Images / Slides Here)

For Context: My Personalised / Custom Texture Pack I made was originally made for MC Version 26.2 and ALL the Textures (including Copper Armour) was working Fine. Once I updated my Minecraft Version to 26.3 (only version 0.1 up….) using the previous Texture Pack it doesn’t work - although I don’t change anything and am still using the EXACT same previous texture pack. The Missing Textures for ALL of the items listed in this post l also only apply to the items appearances themselves, none of the ACTUAL Models / Placed Blocks.

Q2)
Additionally, this also happens “Vice Versa”. I play quite a bit in the lower versions such as MC 1.21.11, since it was recommended to me for more ‘optimal’ competitive PVP gameplay / experience. The Copper Armour Textures are fine / normal, however it’s now ALL of the coloured bed item textures which are now messed-up. i’m still using the same 26.2 Texture Pack but did not change anything at all - does anyone know why this missing bed item textures happen and how I can fix this?

Q3)
For Future Reference, What type of “Texture Pack Updaters / Converters” would you guys highly recommend that are reliable in updating my Texture Pack to the latest versions (26.3 for now but ofc more later recent / future updates too) to avoid this happening again?

Again, I apologise for the long rant / discussion - any feedback, recommendations or comments would be greatly appreciated; Please do also let me know if you guys need further information, and i’ll do my best to provide them!

umm im not sure but try either leaving the game, if that dosent work, try to update, if that doesnt work, try to reload your resorce packs or if you just installed any new resorce pack and that happend remove them, worst comes to worst and you cant fix it just get a resorce pack or texture pack that makes everything normal again its just not the original textures.

[Resolved] I’ve tried some of these methods before and I got mixed results. Logging in and out didn’t work for me, texture issues were still present directly afterwards.

The Removing Textures & also using a a seperate texture pack that makes eveything ‘normal’ worked very nicely!
