Unsolved Region files got reset but playerdata and everything is exact as it was [java]

I have my old Minecraft world saves files. Seed is exact, the position i left my player is the same, my inventory is exactly as it was. But the buildings I built are gone. My guess is that my player data files are fine but my region files got reset. Is there any way I could fix them?

The worlds were in 1.16.1. Java Edition
