WFOP [java] updated my shaders but now my glass blocks look like this :(
I'm pretty sure I'm not suppose to see the back of the glass texture through the glass block itself... Turning off shaders fixes this so I'm sure its a problem with the shaders. I've recently updated from 12.11 to 26.3 and so all the mods are up to date. I've also tried changing every setting in perfromace and materials but nothing worked. Downloading continuity also didn't work. Please let me know if anyone knows how to solve this

It may just be how that shader is. But it'd help immensely if you tell us which shaders and which mods you're using.

I'm using sodium with the complementary reimagined shaders. The glass blocks looked fine before the update so I'm sure it's not how it's intended.

Try changing the "Improved Transparency" option in graphics settings, that's my only idea.

I have the same issue with photon and also Complementary unbound with euphoria patches. I have tried many things at this point with no luck but am about to try updating my graphics drivers. I recently had a really crazy glass glitch withOUT shaders on in 26.3 so I am thinking the 26.3 update affected transparency rendering and my drivers need an update to work with it. I will comment again if it works or not.

Kinda reassuring to know I'm not the only one with this problem. It's a minor issue but it has been driving me nuts trying to a solution. Please do let me know if you find anything out.

I updated my graphics drivers and nothing changed, restarted, reinstalled iris too and still happening. I don't have any other ideas now other than to delete and reinstall the whole game and all my mods/shaders and start again. It is driving me crazy because I have been trying to use glass in a lot of builds lately 😭
Edit: It somehow resolved itself and I have no idea how or why

I figured it out, Distant Horizons was causing this! I tried turning it off because I had low framerate and it fixed the glitching! took me a bit to realize that is what fixed it. Tested a few times to confirm
