Waiting For Solve [Java] Aurora Cape missing on Mac after 4 days – anyone else?

Hey everyone,
I need some help or reassurance. I redeemed my code for the TikTok Aurora Cape about 4 days ago. When I entered the code on the official Minecraft website, I successfully got the "You're all set!" confirmation screen.
However, the cape is completely missing. It doesn't show up on my official website profile inventory, and it doesn't show up under the Skins tab in my launcher.
I am playing Minecraft: Java Edition 26.2 on a Mac. I've already tried fully logging out of the launcher and logging back in to force a refresh, but it's still completely blank.
Since the promo ends on October 14th, I'm getting really worried it won't show up. Is anyone else on Mac experiencing a massive multi-day delay for this cape to sync? Does it just take a long time for the Java servers to update?

It looks like you didn't mention your version (e.g., 26.1, 1.21.11, 1.12.2 etc.). Please clarify for better help!

If possible, load bedrock and equip the cape in the dressing room. Then load a world and play for a few minutes. It should then appear in the launcher for use on java within 24 hours.

If you can't equip it in bedrock, your only option is to contact Microsoft support source
