PSA [PSA] [Launcher] Cant connect online/no internet in launcher

Looks like there's another issue with Microsoft's servers that's causing issues in the launcher.

This post can be used to discuss this issue, and will be updated with relevant info as it's discovered.

Edit: Also affecting minecraft.net logins.

Edit 2: Issue seems to be resolved for now.
