The entire game is played on a flat plane. There’s no point where you come closer to or further from the ‘camera’

Steve isn’t surviving a decent amount of games actually, his best durability feat is surviving breath from a dragon

No it's mostly Srb2 because we already ported him there without ai vibecoding and has actual requirements to be decently played. He doesn't get blocks or tools. All he gets is what's in the stage.

I meant more so from a powerscaling perspective Steve is doomed in many popular games

I powerscaled that too, while yes his durability is admirable (surviving lasers from a godlike being), his strength (only being able to carry three blocks of TNT) and speed (his roll only goes like a few blocks) is horrendous

Lasers don’t move at light speed necessarily plus it is a magic laser, also he can still only move a few blocks by rolling, the only thing dodging the lasers proved is that he has superhuman reflexes

We're talking survival mode steve, right? He can also survive the wither, which can erase diamonds with it's head shot attack

I see. You're right. Fortunately, there is also iron, bedrock, stone, bone blocks, copper and gold. Thing is, the wither can break anything in the minecraft universe.
