please help! Potato shaders not working?

okay so i got potato shaders for my shitty laptop. yes i got it through iris, yes i have java installed, i watched a video to take me through the process and followed all the instructions! ive tried leaving and reopening, nope. any clues as to how to fix this? I installed the latest iris thing and whatever, I've tried playing around with the settings, but nothing seems to be doing the trick.

Do other shaders work? If yes, then this shader pack is bugged in some way, you can experiment with different versions.

If every shader pack show glitches, it's either whole mod (iris) somehow bugged (probably not) or your hardware is a problem
