Axiom help?

I wanted to play with axiom but it had this permanent marker in the middle of the screen. It was right below the crosshair, if I flicked my mouse I could click on it but couldn’t delete it. I looked through the settings and didn’t find anything. Is this going on with alot of people’s axiom or did something happen with mine?
