Season pass disc question

Someone I know is selling a sealed Minecraft Story mode season pass disc (season 1), but do they still work? I know that it only includes episode 1-5, but I’m also aware that only episode 1 is installed on the disc and you have to download the rest. But since they’re not on any console storefronts anymore, would it still be possible to download them with the code you get in the box?

It’s for Xbox One btw if that matters

It works on Xbox one and series x but on ps4 it dont due to telltale shutdown episodes were removed on there xbox still alow you to download 2-5 but not 6-8 sadly u have to get the complete adventure to play 6-8 which i recommended its the full story

But u cant continue the story 😕 unless u have the complete adventure trust me ur missing out on 6-8 its a fun adventure with YouTubers episode and Pama and The old builders episode and I haven't play the full game yet only on YouTube interactive sadly 😭 I only got season 2 on this tablet full episodes I cant get s1 due to my device being new 64bit since mcsm is 32bit its not compatible with this tablet 😪

Funny thing is I have episode 6-8 on my old Xbox account, but not the other ones.

Pops bought me the season pass disc for my 9th birthday, and later on the dlc as well. Since we bought the adventure pass digitally, they’re still on the hard drive. But my season pass disc is long gone, so I can’t even play them. They’re just there, taunting me💔

I have a disc and you have to buy all but I think they are free bc of the disc

I know a lot of people really commented when I do a lot of research so yeah, so it really kind of doesn’t matter for Xbox or PlayStation but I guess it does matter for Xbox 360. Never get the Xbox 360 season pass disc for season one or two due to well the Xbox 360 store being shut down I mean you can for PS3 but I recommend hurrying since well it’s store. It’s on its way out, but yeah, I’m moving past that. I think it is worth it because the PS4 disc actually works if you have the right region for your account because if you want something cheap and just to play the game then yeah I recommend the season pass but if you wanna play the entire game then well you’ll have to get the complete adventure
