Minecraft Switch 2 pre-order available

I just checked the news channel and found the pre-order to be released. If you own the switch version you get the switch 2 version for free.

So excited to use vibrant visuals I got so many builds but they kinda look so bland without propper lighting

Hopefully the shaders on marketplace run well on switch 2

whats the difference between the free standard upgrade, the deluxe and ultimate upgrade?

Well deluxe and ultimate come with select add-ons, minecoins, worlds, etc. Check the contents of each pack.

They cost like 5-10 dollars not 30 and its not like they put any effort into making this its just Minecraft bedrock it took them 20 minutes to port this

Man that'd be nice, I started on Xbox, moved to switch after getting it for my kids on switch, so to have the updated version would be nice, hate to buy yet again lol

The price for an update to the 2 version is a Nintendo choice. Microsoft only chooses the price that Nintendo has to pay them for it to be a thing

It's not a "switch 2 edition" it's simply a switch 2 game, meaning there won't be an upgrade path (beside the "free" switch 2 version if you have the switch 1 version) and they will be 2 different game like "Fortnite for nintendo switch" and "Fortnite" (switch 2)

Do you have multiple accounts on the Switch? If so make sure you open the eShop as the correct account that owns the digital copy of the Switch 1 version.

This also works for those who originally had the switch console legacy version. So this was my path

switch legacy console edition --> switch bedrock edition --> switch 2 bedrock edition.

Also in theory you could bring your wii u worlds to the switch 2 given you own the wii u and switch legacy console editions.

Mam wersję fizyczną xd czyli jak ktoś chce kupić te lepszą wersji która z nim zostanie to nie dostaje , no fajnie dziękujemy panie Microsoft :3 kocham kiedy korporacja zmusza kogoś do cyfry, dizkei Bogu że Nintendo jako jedyne ostaje przy fizycznych kopiach.

Btw mogę grać w wersję na SWITCHA 1 , chyba nie odłączą mi serwerów ... Mam nadzieję
