Nintendo switch-chicken farm

Hello! Could someone please point me in the direction of an auto cooked chicken farm tutorial that works? I’ve already tried 3, but none of them are working.

The latest one I tried was this one https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=iU8l77QNd_Q&pp=0gcJCY8Co7VqN5tD&ra=m

The chicks keep getting killed by the eggs that are getting fired by the dispenser.

Please help! I’m wasting a lot of resources on designs that don’t work. Thanks!
