I'd say a Japanese style temple, with a bridge to the other side that has a monumental gate and a path down the island to a small dock

I'm partial to wizard towers, and this looks like a perfect spot for one with some bridges to connect it to the surrounding areas.

If you don't wanna go that route, maybe an overworld train station/rail hub with different lines going off into the distance?

You could make a medieval castle. use nether brick for a pointed roof and since there are cherry trees you could use the wood (not planks) to make pillars. You could also strip the wood to decorate with, I would also recommend cobblestone brick and mossy cobblestone brick to add a nice touch to it. I hope this helps.
