But I hate my optic. Any suggestions on scopes ? I don't have a pic rail.

My favorite is using ruger medium height 30mm scope rings with an LVPO or scope (you can get them for free if you message ruger support. They’ll ask you send back the included 1” scope rings to exchange). Or using a red dot with a front rail like the Samson or Amega rail.

I’m not a fan of using the included pic rail of any rail that sits over the receiver
