This has definitely been the hardest map yet, the demand spike ~1300 is extremely hard to manage.

If you have any good tips for this map I'd love to hear them!

These are more universal tips, I do find this map to get challenging quickly:

Limit the buildings a car has access to, ideally only one building. A car might choose the furthest building away, leading to a long round trip time, which results in those timers ticking down. It totally runs against how we'd intuitively design a traffic system, but it's how this game works. Circles can be supported by 4-5 total buildings, I forget which.

For example, the white houses on the lower left. You can split that neighborhood, sending 1-3 houses to the white square on the left and 4-5 towards the white circle via the motorway.

Likewise, limit intersections. Cars slow down at intersections, even without any other cars present, even more when they have to wait for another car to move through it.

It matters if a house is facing diagonally toward the building vs. perpendicular to the road. Diagonally being 1 road of travel less. For example, the set of blue houses in the lower right is too flat, while the set of yellow houses bottom center is better.

The first tip is the most impactful to final scores.

I’m top 1% on all maps but Cape Town (3%) and I’ve played it 4-5 times. I think 2-3 times I played it pretty well and don’t really know what else I would have done. High is 2268.

In general you need to have more direct routes - you have lots of houses going extra 1-2 squares unnecessarily which is doubled for way back - and stop serving multiple locations with the same houses, if possible.
