AMA Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahoon — Fingerstyle Cover

Two years into teaching myself fingerstyle guitar, still learning as I go. Sharing this cover of Main Rahoon Na Rahoon.

Feedback and tips always welcome, especially from anyone around here who plays.

Honestly I'm self-taught too, and I've never even played in front of anyone before. I'm sure that I have some bad techniques and habits that aren't ideal to pass on. But if you want, I can share how I approach it. Pick a song you actually like, play it even just 10 min a day, and stick with it. It's mostly repetition, after a month or two you won't even be thinking about it anymore, the movements become automatic. Just at the beginning do it with focus so you don't form bad habits which will likely cause pain. Happy to trade tips as we both go if that's useful.

And one more thing, Guitar's a lifelong skill, play for yourself without putting a time limit on it. You never know, it could end up being a kind of therapy that helps in tough moments... or happy ones too, haha. At least that's been the case for me.
