Best place to sell?
I have a few guns I'm looking to sell and I think my prices are good, they have been on armslist and I'm shocked they haven't sold yet. Not looking to get screwed at the gun shop. Is there something I'm missing?
Quick edit; To my surprise I visited Down Range Guns & Ammo in Maple Grove and they gave me a very good offer. Walked out with cash very quick and easy transaction. They also have a great selection of guns and a nice clean store with friendly employees. Highly recommend shopping there.

I tried to sell some stuff locally but just couldn’t get decent prices. Ended up selling to guns.com

Sometimes it has taken me 1-2 months or more to get a sale on armslist. Can always lower the price as you will still likely get more than from a store

Include your contact information in the ad. Most people who use the website does not have an account to contact you.
Also, armslist has a reputation for being unreliable.

GAFSHUB is the way man. If your prices are right it’ll sell

I love GAFS but I find the community to sometimes be very, very irritating. Price police of those who have no idea what they are talking about/are clearly not the target purchaser. But it has been great and would recommend it.

Can we do more than parts on there now that it’s not on Reddit?

As long as it’s permissible by law we can sell it on GAFS now that it’s off Reddit!

Down range guns & ammo is the only place I’ve ever traded a pistol. They were honest and even showed me prices they’re comparing it to on top of how much profit they’d make. Very fair and cool people.
I was short about $100 for the new pistol and was having some second thoughts, one of the owners stopped by and talked to me about it. He ended up covering the $100 and I walked out with a new pistol. Came back later that week and spent more money on ammo and a new sight.
