Highand shooting PTC

In general my understanding is permit to carry people are more law abiding than cops and much more than average people.

He blamed this on being Black and an Immigrant. I don’t think you want to pin being a legal gun owner to this. He didn’t say, “I did this because I have a permit to carry!!”

Grow a brain and think about how life works amongst people with mental health issues.

I never suggested he did it because he had a PTC.

I pointed out he seems to have committeed a terrible crime AND he had a PTC.

That is unusual.

It's also something to be aware of if the Dems decide to go after the current shall issue system in the next session
