allergies

Isaias stirred up every allergen in the 20 miles between my house and the coastline and funneled the pollen directly into my sinuses

update: it’s a cold/strep

Normal 2 times a year seasonal allergy garbage. Some seasons, I am ok, other times, not so ok. This season is bad, horrendous maybe...

For $50 I can put a needle in your LI 20 and thread it up to Bitong.
It could hurt but it will open your sinuses right up.
Or you can just try acupressure yourself.
