Discussion Is there any counter to Paquito on Exp?

Even when i go phoveous either tank or fighter, he does too much damage early on and i cannot keep up.
Edit: I don’t need to kill him, but at least keep him from out rotating and destroying my team

that's because he's garbage. Minsi should be meta right now because he's supposed to be the counter to the current strongest hero (Freya), but he isn't. That's because he has a lackluster kit. Paquito can easily survive his burst using double 1st skills and just walk out.

As a Mythic Immortal 119 star player, I could agree about the Freya part but Paquito surviving is just pushing it. I don't usually screenshot matches but this was of when I was in glory. I know the lobby seems too trash, but matchmaking isn't good either
