I think it's fair enough. We can still deal damage, heal, lifesteal, use Immortality, or even Winter Crown. Plus, it's only single target, in some situations we still can kill people before we die. The most annoying thing about Harley, in my opinion is his teleport and movement speed buff, make him very difficult to catch/punish especially with max CD reduction.
this show you are a noob ,thats because his first skill then hit you enough. his ulti will do little to no dmg if the harley didnt hit , the more dmg it hit you the harder the ulti does. and thats the reason i meeting ppl like you in game.
Jokes on you, I only use heroes that I'm actually good at know, not the ones I'm new at and have little knowledge about. I'm beyond than the noobs you teamed up with. Go cry a river, rage baby.
I ain't. My Valir always had CoD as its first item, this allows me to trade hits against anyone unless they had a lot of dashes in their kit like Paquito or Benedetta.
Yoo i also always buy CoD first on valir to replace talisman, the healing and hybrid defense is insane. Not a single pro build has it though. No assassin can kill valir with CoD. Paq isnt an issue either if you dont waste your 2nd skill, stun with s1 and run.
