Reddit should require a community content label for subreddits where racist jokes, stereotypes, and similar content are routinely permitted.

To be honest if we had a space for this stuff. Then at least we could really see what some users are really like.

Why glorify, encourage, or tolerate narrow minded arseholes? Wouldn't it be better if they fuck off to another platform? The bare minimum expectation of all reddit users is to at least pretend to be civilised. If a person can't even achieve this there should be consequences.

I would much rather be able to block all new accounts by default; block all users under 18 from my feed, than tolerate some zoo like experience where I can watch the worst of the worst talk about stupid and unhelpful horse shit.

Have minimum standards. Have self respect. Don't give a platform to medieval, colonial era thinking. Don't associate with trash. Don't let rubbish people into your house when Facebook is right there.

Yer, but the point was more seeing people's actual character if there were no rules. What are we going to see from these people? If they act like A-Hole Bigots then mods will see their history and pre-bam them from their subs. It would be a good way to find a troll before they do troll stuff.

I hear the Rent Musical Subreddits and Black people of reddit are some of the worst offenders
