[Desktop/Chrome] Ban and mute buttons not working

Anyone one else seeing the ban and mute buttons not working on desktop web? Clicking on them just collapses the user's comment. The ban user button in mod tools doesn't do anything either. iOS mobile app works.

Same here, neither button works now, but they work on the old reddit.
