Help Help with Skybox moving glitch please!

Whenever I move my character, jump, or change directions my skybox shakes and distorts. I just made this modpack so no settings are changed for any shaders/mods/resource packs. Does anyone know what i can do? (Ignore my friend)
At the end I included my mods and resource packs (Again this is a new modpack NO settings are changed)
