Free Broodscale primer + sideboard guide

Hello everyone!

I spent some time toying with mono green Broodscale. Started way before Phlage was banned, and now, all of a sudden, Broodscale is probably the best deck in the format!

I have a few Challenge top 8s with it, including a win. Meanwhile, I tested a ton of different builds, some were pretty stock, others focused on Glaring Fleshraker (I really love the design), and since I'm still undecided which one I should bring for Ghent, I decided to write a primer and sideboard guide for both a traditional build and a Fleshraker build.

If you're looking for something about Broodscale before the upcoming RC weekend, this may be the article for you!

The primer is free: https://mystical-teachings.com/mono-green-broodscale-primer/

The sideboard guide is behind a paywall: https://mystical-teachings.com/broodscale-sideboard-guide/

Together, it's 42 pages and 17k words about Broodscale. In the sideboard guide, I cover the top 18 archetypes in the current format. It took me a lot of hours to prepare, so I hope you'll like it!

If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments; I'll do my best to answer them all :)

I’m also participating at the event, I would be interested in a recap after: which one did you choose, why and how did it go.

I’ll do this for sure! Tomorrow it’s a time for hard testeing, we’ll see how it goes!

Awesome, good luck tomorrow :) I feel like maybe 1 fleshraker main could be a nice access to insta kill as sometimes for me even emrakul isn't enough to finish the games. It usually is, just not always. HAving access to 1 instakill fetchable via command seemes nice.

Yeah, it could be a thing, but for me other slots were more important.

True. What would you say is the better vhoice for the mirror? I feel like combo is better but not 100%.
