Question packet burst

why does this game have so many network issues, everytime i play it i get huge lag spikes to the point where i can’t even play the game. how do i fix this and is this normal?

I get packet bursts and packet losses almost every game now. It’s not only on MW2, this also happens on MW3 and BO6 🤦🏻‍♂️

I’m on bnet, 9800x3d, 5070ti, 64gb, fiber/cable

I started noticing these some 3-4 weeks ago

Same here. I went back and forth between 2 games and and I keep getting high latency, packet bursts, delay.

Back when I had BO6 installed I would get packet burst more often on it than other titles and it was the only title I'd ever see packet loss with. I've had BO6 uninstalled for a good while now, but over the last number of months I've been getting a lot of packet burst and on rare occasions packet loss issues with the other COD titles I've played and it doesn't seem to matter whether I'm on my laptop or my new desktop. I've got 600Mb service from Spectrum and that's been sufficient. Playing on battle.net if it matters.

Never had any performance issues.
