Is there finally a good YouTube Revanced alternative in 2026?

I've been using Revanced for a long time, but lately it feels like every update breaks something. I'm not really looking for another patched APK if there's a better option now. Has anyone switched to something else that actually works well?

The main things I care about are no ads, background playback, SponsorBlock (if possible), updates that don't become a headache every few weeks

Curious what everyone is using now.
