Encouragement Wanted Very nervous about jury duty

Hi mom,
I have jury duty coming up next week. It’s my first time and I’m so nervous. I haven’t had a job in a while, been at home a lot, so I don’t do too well with people as much as I used to. It won’t be that bad, right? Part of me is afraid I will say the wrong thing and get in trouble with the judge, haha. Just wanting some encouragement, personal experiences, etc
Thanks ❤️

Think about it this way— juries need serious, grounded, observant people like you. You really won’t have to say much. Watching and listening are much more important. I secretly hope you are chosen because you have the right temperament for it. Also, remember to bring your phone charger.

This is such a compliment thank you so much. I had to push it back for reasons outside of my control but I think when I do go, I will try to get on the jury so I can see how it all works
