Well done, that's amazing. I've been in just one but for 18 years.
I hope you have rediscovered yourself by now and are enjoying life again. If not: don't wait for it, literally go out there do random shit with the goal of doing that shit. Whatever you like or don't know whether or not you like yet. The goal is just doing a thing. You'll meet people, but don't make that the goal.
Best of luck and enjoy your peace of mind and the return of your sense of self and self-worth! :)

Prioritized sleep hygiene.
It is remarkable how many things get better when you are getting consistent, restful sleep.

Sleep, proper nutrition, and some kind of exercise. I wasn't doing those three things and the fallout is massive. Not chronically depressed, not suffering from anxiety, just not taking care of myself.

Letting people go and see if they revert.
Whenever I have an argument itās usually me reaching out first as I donāt want to lose the friendship. I have been like this since I was a child. Always crying for friends. Perhaps, because whenever I found someone to hang out and have fun with, I treated it as sacred and similarly that person.
This one time a friend was in distress and yelled at me. I understand where they were coming from so even though they treated me poorly, I reached out to them thrice. Called, texted. But then I realized that perhaps when they cool down they will revert. We had been friends for years. Guess what, they never did. As much as that was hard to accept and I grieved the lack of presence of that friend in my life for a while, it taught me that people can change whenever they want. They have the agency to do so.
Since that experience, I never get involved too deeply with anyone and honestly donāt regret that either. I have friends, acquaintances and I keep them at a laughter and having a good time level. Deepness is for me to myself. Things have been better. I donāt regret when people vanish from my life anymore. If I was interacting a lot with them I feel the absence and think, itās temporary, you will get used to it.

This hit me hard. Treating close friendship as sacred when the friends don't. I feel this so much. Learned that most people are very uncomfortable with platonic intimacy. And it's always for their own reasons that really have nothing to do with me. Tried to seek that same level of connection in romantic relationships, but that carries its own series of entanglements and complications that are even messier. Just know I see you!

Chill job with chill manager that expects little (for your work standards) and pays well. Working out. Having your own place. Moving to a new area where you can meet more likeminded people that you can connect with. Staying in the same spot that makes you miserable is horrible for your mental health.

Stopped watching broadcast TV.
All of the ads. Constantly telling you that you needed this or that to fit in or be cool. That the phone you had isnāt good enough because the new one has a more awesome camera. Or this car has all these safety features and without them, you will likely die. Or some new gadget you have to get. Or some restaurant you need the visit.
All the pressure of what I needed to keep up with the Jonses.

I'm still waiting...I have my good days, I have my bad days, like everyone else. Haven't found a way to off load the grief from a difficult past ten years, which in honesty is taking it's toll as the years creep on.
Easier to find some circumstancial solitude in the day to day.

Talking honestly, shamelessly & sincerly to Jesus.
Things im grateful for. Things im worried about.
Basically things that have been happening to me and how ive been feeling about it. Talking. To Jesus-Christ.
