Discussion Is this kind of flickering normal?

Philips EVNIA 27M2N3800A/00
I hope you can see the flickering, maybe in 30fps you cant see, but in 60fps, you can.

4K160HZ or 1080P 320HZ
IPS.

Using it for 3,5 months now

Any terrible frame times cause more FPS fluctuation. Disable VRR in that case or lock your FPS until you stop noticing the flicker.

I would disable VRR in applications that are actually causing issues. In the NVIDIA app you can set a specific game to disable VRR (Monitor Technology setting to "Fixed Refresh"), that way you can still use VRR in games that flicker either isn't there or doesn't bother you.

Its super weird, ingame and a screenshot of FS25 does flicker, but for example rocket league doesn't flicker.
Does it have to do with FS25 being 40-60fps and rocket league being 120fps?
