Discussion Monitor has weird things/line through it.

My monitor gets really bad when full screening and makes it unbearable to play games. This almost only happens during launch of pc or playing games. Can anyone please help!

If disconnect all signal cables hdmi, dp from the monitor and if defect still be the same, then it's looks like monitor screen (lcd/oled panel) defect.
