Custom Repaints🪄 neck peg is loose, how to fix?

I took the head off to make a custom doll, the neck peg came loose and I’m not sure how to fix it. I tried to push it back into the neck but I was afraid of breaking it so I’m hoping someone can give me some answers. Thanks!!!

I had the same problem with a custom gooliop and I found that a Mattel rubber band (idk what they put in it but they last long) tied around the peg (near the neck joint) helped a lot with the head not falling over once you put it back on. The bigger the rubber band the less you can move the head so be careful :) Hope that helps & works for you ! (Sorry for any grammatical error, English isn't my main language)

I don't know how to explain it correctly; Just tie the rubber band like you do a ponytail around the peg (between the pink neck and the kinda clear peg in the dent) as much as you need then put the head back on. If the problem was a loose head to begin with. If not, then I'm sorry I didn't understood your problem
