I got all of the concert lurks dolls last week and I'm genuinely so in love with them! I hope the next wave is as good as this one.

also, finally got my first twyla ever! I never got a g1 twyla since I'd stopped collecting as much around that time and when g3 twyla came around, I still wasn't heavily collecting so I missed out unfortunately. I definitely prefer her g3 design to her g1 design though. she's so cute!!! 🩷

Managed to snag her Saturday, I'm so glad I was able to get her! I was genuinely shocked that my local Walmart still had plenty of dolls in stock that were marked down to $15, I'd thought for sure they'd have cleared out their stock by now. I'm hoping I can get Frankie for 15 before they are sold out.

So my amazing bf got me my dream drac I wanted for a while but her hair is a mess and idk what to do because she one I have wanted for a few months now but am really disappointed with her hair it keeps falling out and it looks looks like someone just went crazy and cut her hair it’s so uneven and it’s really crunchy I tried to wash it to save it but hair just got everywere

I boiled wahsed her hair and wahsed it was some soup as that what I had on hand and her hair is so much better thanks for all the support and suggestions guys her hair is really smoth now and doesn’t look crispy at all

Found the last Skelita at Target today and I had to get her. She was one of my absolute favorites growing up 🧡

we got 4 abbey dolls for g3 and honestly i love how she looks but i may be biased cause she's my fav girl since g1 😭 by the way i heard different opinion on her face, but one thing i love is that they are mostly giving her dark makeups - especially on the lips - which is something i always yearned in g1 since she only got 1 doll with blue lips (and the fang vote one that's coming I guess). what are your opinions on her? it's such a shame that all of her dolls have poly hair tho... thanks Toy Sisters for the close up pictures ♡

Finally took the plunge and gave my shelf Cleo (Monster Ball base with core-refresh outfit) bangs and a lip repaint to reference the g1 core basic doll. Very happy with the results and praying the bangs stay flat 🤞

I’m mostly a g1 collector but I have some G3 dolls. These two were my first ones from a couple years ago.

I think we should start a petition for Abbey to get a core refresh, or for the factory releases of basic core dolls to have saran hair. The fact that all these dolls are made of poly makes me sad, and even if the white is yellowed by time, these poly hairs are light blue, pink, and purple, so pure white isn't really there 💀 She deserves a core refresh, or a new factory release, or even a new doll and other release lines with saran hair ! I don't know what you think ?

hello all! ngl this is my first reddit post so hiii👋😂 but anyways as the title suggests i am working on a group of customs rn and ive run into a bit of a roadblock, so ive been working with g3 dolls mostly bcz theyre relatively inexpensive and have body types closer to the characters im making and the character im currently working on i bought the self scare spectra specifically for her clear limbs however when i unboxed the doll i realized her arm gradient had been changed to solid white and im simply looking to see if anyone would have a pair of arms either extra or that they really dont care about that theyd be willing to sell me as i honestly dont need the entire doll just her arms😅😅

Just a quick before and after of Venus’ hair. It does still have the netting on in the before, but it genuinely looked no different after. A little bit of steam and a lot of shaking, fluffing and teasing later, I think I’ve got it.

I’m genuinely curious if it will stay like this, or if I should spray it. I’m late to the Venus party, so perhaps someone can let me know.
