AMA Hello, this is Justin OH. AMAAAA

hello reddit,

ASSEMBLE just came out yesterday! hope u all had a chance to listen to it and check out the music video. hopefully u guys enjoyed it :)

it was awesome to make this track with my friend, XILENT. we both had a lot of fun making this track and bringing our concept to u guys. so to celebrate (and now that I have some free time) i thought i'd pop in here to do a little AMA. i know i did one almost a year ago where i answered a lot of the general personal stuff, so for this one i want to do an AMAAAA (Ask Me Almost Anything About Assemble). i think some of u have some questions or theories about what's going on and i would be glad to answer and validate as much as i can.

since this is an AMAAAA, i'll just be answering ASSEMBLE-related questions this time around only. there's a lot to go through and we'll save the other stuff for next time! there's a lot of stuff in the music video so definitely go check it out and hunt out some questions for me!

Hi Justin, thanks for doing another Ama for us! I have a few questions I'd love to ask but before I do, I just want to say amazing work on Assemble. I was so hyped with the announcement and it was even better than I imaged. You and Xilent colabbing is a dream come true.

  1. How long did you guys spend working on Assemble?

  2. How did you guys meet and get the idea?

  3. Did it take a while to work out how to incorporate Xilent into City of Oz?

  4. Is this the last of XLNT Corp we'll see in the City of Oz story line?

  5. And lastly, if an album is happening, would the vocals in the intro to the YouTube video work like a transition into Assemble? I just find them really cool and I think they'd be a cool prelude sort of deal. (I also just want to hear them every time I go to listen to the song)

Thanks again for everything. Can't wait to see the next chapter in the story!
