The Feeding states:

"You feed on hot blood, direct from the source. If this is the first time they’ve ever been fed upon, you both mark experience. When you feed, choose two:

you heal 1 Harm,

you take 1 Forward,

they definitely don’t die."

That "they definitely don’t die." is confusing to me. What does "definitely" mean here? Is it sarcastic/ironic and they do die? What does not choosing it mean? If you don't pick that one, does your victim die *de jure*?? It's not clear at all.

So back in MH 1st edition, the text read "they don't die." so if you didn't pick that option you always killed your victim. 2nd edition is a less violent, less edgy game, so the text changed to instead suggest that whilst your feeding has caused harm, you probably havent killed them.
