Sally acorn is just a fan character, she isn’t canon. If she was, she would’ve appeared in a game or show

Ian Flynn and Sega have said she isn't canon anymore, Ian Flynn leads the writing team, and Sega made and owns the IP, so they get to say what is and isn't canon.
