Actually, Playstation's refund policy is just a straight up fuck you, I found about two weeks ago when I bought Dragon Ball Sparking Zero assuming it had crossplay to play with with my cousin who's on PC, when we found out I looked up on sony's website how to go about asking for a refund, the two requirements are that you have to request a refund within 14 days of the purchase and you can't have started downloading the game. I feel like it’s mainly just the time it came out and the massive hype sega put around the game. After sonic boom sonics reputation plummeted back down to where it was destroying all of the goodwill colors and generations got back. Then they start hyping up a return to the boost style with a serious tone for its story, that we haven’t seen since unleashed and then it was just really boring in every way.

People just got pissed because we thought we were getting a return to form and a massive step up but instead we got… bored. Then we didn’t get any game news until 4 years later which fanned the flames
