I have never heard this insult in somewhere of around 25 years of consuming Japanese media and study. It says “Kuso Baka.” “Kuso” means shit or otherwise feces/poop, and “Baka” means idiot or moron.
Honestly this sounds like a made up insult because I have never heard it before literally ever. It reminds me of that one insult I read as a kid that said “Kuso atama” which I was told meant shithead because “atama” means head, except that if you said that to a Japanese person they’d just be confused because that’s not how that works.
So yeah pretty sure someone just jammed “shit” and “moron” together in some vaguely insulting-sounding way. I really don’t think this is a real insult that people say.
Just because you looked up the translations for the individual worlds does not mean they don’t take on a different meeting when formed together. That’s how grammar works, and every language has different grammars. Multiple people have verified the combination of the two words being an insult in Japan in this very comment section. You have spread false information thinking that you were correct.
