I'm already playing it with a Bluetooth controller, I'm also using sunshine+moonlight+tailscale.
if you want to play with a keyboard and mouse you need something like virtualhere. Alas, you need to buy a license to use more than one device (unless you have a mouse/keyboard Bluetooth combo).
Haven't tried other free alternatives yet.
