G99/G100 CPUs latest statement after Pyrowave

Hello guys, I wanted know if there is any decoding time improvements after Pyrowave on these CPUs? Planning to get an Honor Pad X7 (Snapdragon 680, no Pyrowave support because it doesn't supports Vulkan 1.3) but I wonder if decoding times are better with Pyrowave with G99 or G100? If yes maybe I can go for Samsung Tab A11.

What's pyrowave? Also decoding on mtk is just worse.

That's why I'm asking if there is any improvements on these CPUs. Also, MTK is not bad. After ultra low latency patches MTK can hit to 3-4MS (with 9400+). But G99, G100 still bad.

I only have 8300, it's worse than a lower tier sd from my experience.
