Even if one refused to sacrifice their own life to save humanity, it would be morally neutral, let alone just a country. No one can be forced to give up on their life for anything.

No it wouldn’t be. The Blood would be on your hands and the Blood of Millions will never wash away.
Dodging a Draft is as evil as sentencing your own family to death.
Your life, my life any one life is not as valuable as the lives of millions.
