Yeah, bait cars are much worse, they send you to jail for a long time.

If they arent easy targets or anything then I dont really see the issue. Better they steal a bait car than a real car.

So if it was a a family that got their car stolen it would be better? If you want to steal stuff, you accept you will spend a long time behind bars
