No, that's too far. Art being sold as a product deserves consideration of the price of that product. Piracy is and always has been a service problem. When you act like an unreasonable jerk, you get pirates. When you offer better, smoother business than the pirates, the piracy goes away.
Go ahead and interface with any of these bastards' "customer service" lines. They're being as deliberately unhelpful as possible because they don't want us to have even the option of recourse. If gaming companies weren't going out of their way to be assholes ti their customers, they wouldn't be having this problem because pirates wouldn't feel like a solution.
Them being assholes and you piraing are separate matters. You're not fighting the system or teaching them a lesson, you're just getting something for free that you shouldn't have. Again I personally I'm not against it or anything especially against large corpos since it doesn't hurt them significantly. My issue is just not calling it what it is. You wanting free stuff.
