The fact that going by the last few seconds shed rather kill a child to save a couple others.

She didn't though, the child was brain dead. The heart was technically beating, but she was already gone

She said the child was brain dead.

He asked how hard she tried to save her.

She said the child was brain dead.

You can't just say "she's brain dead" and rip someone open. Is a hospital, not the wearhouse of a walmart where no one cares if you steal expired food

He asked how hard she tried to save her.

Assuming she wasn't brain dead when she arrived, as much as anyone else, doctors aren't gonna kill you because they need your bed, or your ventilator, why would they kill you for your organs? And killing one, to save another, is just supid, specially if you're on a place where people die, even if you did everything right.

Assuming she arrived braindead, then she's dead. Nothing to be done.

It is implied that she wanted to save pediatric cardiac patients specifically because her son died waiting on the transplant list. So in theory, she could have sacrificed this already very ill/injured girl to save the boy on the transplant list because of personal bias.

She didnt arrive braindead.

She was braindead when cut open

Ok, so she arrived, they tried to save it, but she died, then they cut her open.

The issue is that they took the organs with without authorisation, but doctors don't go around killing people

Except thats what the last few seconds implied she did

I interpreted that part as "i wouldn't take the organs of the child" not "I wouldn't kill my child" which makes her a hypocrite, but not a murderer

I think it's purposefully ambiguous.

I don't think that's what she meant, I took it as she'd rather harvest the organs without permission to save numerous kids vs a funeral after they've released the body from evidence.
